Our Mission To alleviate hunger in Placer, El Dorado and Nevada Counties, and to provide an efficient, coordinated system for the collection and distribution of food to the needy. To increase public awareness regarding hunger so that individuals have an opportunity to donate food, funds and ideas to reduce or minimize hunger in the communities we serve. Our VisionWe believe that financial hardships should never result in hunger. Guided by our strategic business plan, we are committed to growing our food pantry network, expanding our grant writing capacity, and continuing to improve food quality and nutritional education. We will fight for sound anti-hunger policies and continually reaffirm our goal - to end hunger in Placer, El Dorado and Nevada Counties. |
